Starting April 4, 2022, our staff will be providing vaccinations at the YMCA of Eastern Ontario at 345 Park St in Brockville. The Health Unit is grateful to all of the partners for working together to plan these clinics. The new clinics will include both COVID vaccination and catch up immunizations for school.

Our Vaxi RV concluded its March Break Vaxipalooza throughout LGL on Sunday. We vaccinated 146 people in 18 locations across the area. 29 were children and 6 were first doses. Vaccinating people in their villages and neighbourhoods proved to be helpful to many who were unable to get to fixed or community clinics we had held previously. Many people expressed gratitude for this opportunity. Theme days, games for kids and giveaways added fun for those waiting for their vaccination. Draws for 2 gift cards were held and the winners will be notified today. Thanks to everyone who made this week successful.
