As we roll into the winter months, please be reminded that ATV and snowmobile use is prohibited within the boundaries of the Village of Westport in accordance with By-Law 85-19. 

This includes all parks and roadways pursuant to the Highway Traffic Act.

Violators will be subject to a fine under the Highway Traffic Act and applicable municipal statutes.
